Lodging: Hyatt Regency Valencia (Santa Clarita, CA) Price includes workshop instruction, hotel stay, meals for the week, and working visit to local studio(s) / soundstage(s). Transportation to / from the airport is NOT included and is the responsibility of each participant. Please read the Workshop Info page for details. Our corporate contract group rate with Hyatt provides a deep discount! We have rooms reserved for the duration of the workshop, which includes check-in on Saturday night and check-out on the following Saturday morning. You do not need to do anything to book the room except sign up and pay the deposit for the course! Room costs are included in this price; once paid in full you will be booked with your registration name on the room for check-in upon arrival. Please contact Jay or Rey for any questions regarding the rooms. Although it is STRONGLY encouraged that you book your room with us, we do understand some may be on a tight budget and might want options outside of the hotel. If that is the case, please reach out to us privately to discuss. **PLEASE NOTE: THE INITIAL DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THE BALANCE PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED 2 MONTHS BEFORE THE START OF THE WORKSHOP. IF YOUR SCHEDULE CHANGES, PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY TO WORK OUT A SOLUTION OR TO MOVE YOUR WORKSHOP SEAT TO A FUTURE DATE. ANY CANCELLATIONS INSIDE OF ONE MONTH PRIOR TO WORKSHOP START CANNOT BE REFUNDED. All deposits are non-refundable. To reschedule please contact us no later than one month prior to start of workshop.
